Sri Mr. Madhukar Reddy serves as the General Secretary of Sri Rajeshwara Educational Society, a 49 year old group of educational institutions which oversees SR University. Under his leadership, the Sri Rajeshwara Educational Society governs 185 schools, junior colleges, engineering colleges and a university throughout Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka with over 100,000 students, 500,000 alumni and 10000 faculty and staff. He envisioned that SR University would offer world-class education to students who would in turn create an indelible impact on the society. The SR engineering college that started with an intake of 240 students in 2002 has evolved as a university with over 10,000 students enrolled in undergraduate, post graduate and research programmes. The university is ranked amongst the top 100 institutes consistently in the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF). Mr. Reddy constantly focuses on the university growth strategy, academic policies, international relations and placements. He introduced the innovative International Engineering program, offering students integrated BS and MS degrees working together with the top 500 leading universities across the globe, the first of its kind in the country.
Mr. Reddy plays a crucial part in bringing the leading architects from across the country to design and build cutting-edge infrastructure, leading to the creation of an exemplary SR university campus, spread across 170 acres in a serene, lush green environment.
In addition to being the Pro-chancellor of SR University, he holds the position of Chairman of SR Innovation Exchange (SRiX), which is a well known Technology Business Incubator with over 30,000 sq. ft. of workspace including rapid prototyping zone and maker space. The incubator has the ability to provide incubation support to startups ranging from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 50 lakhs. It has cumulatively invested over Rs. 7 crores in 43 startups. So far, it has incubated 110 startups, including 10 women led ones, with a total valuation of over Rs. 200 crore. The startups nurtured at SRiX have secured over Rs. 32 crore funding from venture capitalists, won recognition in various forums and created over 400 jobs.
Mr. Madhukar Reddy’s vision goes far beyond profits. He is driven by a profound desire to bring about positive social change. He is instrumental in offering scholarships to students from disadvantaged sections of the society to enable them to pursue higher education. He is also involved in many charitable activities through SR Foundation intended to increase human well being. With his wide range of skills and unwavering commitment, he serves as a source of inspiration for the entire SR team, motivating them to consistently pursue excellence in education and ultimately contribute to the betterment of society.

Prof. Deepak Garg is PhD in Computer Science with specialization in Efficient Algorithm Design. With 25 years of experience he has worked as Professor and Dean, School of Computer Science at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala and Bennett University, Greater Noida. He is Distinguished Professor in Artificial Intelligence and known as one of the top voices in the country on AI. He is regular Blogger in Times of India with a nickname of "Breaking Shackles" and writes about Higher Education landscape and AI. He is on the Advisory Committee of AIRAWAT, Super Computing Mission of Govt of India to create a 1 Exaflop backbone infrastructure for the country. He has represented on various Committees at NAAC, NBA, UGC and AICTE. Working with Startup Founders is his passion and he serves on tech advisory board of Drishya.ai, ByteXL and Global AI Hub. He is the only CAC ABET Commissioner from the country and has served as PEV from last six years. He has been in the Board of Governors of IEEE Education Society, USA. He served as Chair IEEE Computer Society, India Council and IEEE Education Society, India Council. He is on Academic Councils, Board of Studies of various institutions. He has 160 publications with 1600 Citations, h-index 20 and i10 index 41. He has published in top journals including IEEE and ACM transactions. He has guided 14 PhD students. His research area is Reinforcement Learning and Generative AI. He is steering Committee Chair on Annual IEEE/Springer International Conference on Advnace Computing thats running in its 13th year. He has received research grants to the tune of 10 million INR including Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, DST, DBT, AICTE, DSCI etc. He has visited 20+ countries creating 100+ collaborations with Universities and Industry. He served as Director NVIDIA-BU Research Center on AI. He led the largest AI Ecosystem of the country known as leadingindia.ai skilling 1 million students with 700+ consortium collaborations. Prof Garg has given 350+ talks across the country as keynote speaker or Invited expert. He is on a mission to make SR University as a model for private University education in the country.
