Note: The Chancellor’s Fellowship (₹1,00,000/month) is only for full-time PhD scholars in CSE & AI with strong coding skills and good knowledge of AI/ML applications. All other applicants to the full-time PhD program, including in CSE & AI, can apply for the Regular Fellowship (₹40,000/month).

INR 1,00,000/- for full-time Ph.D. scholars under the Chancellor Fellowship Program (applicable only for CSE & AI)
INR 40,000/- for full time Ph.D. scholars in Engineering, Agriculture, Sciences and Humanities and Management.

Note:
Full-time PDF scholars will receive a monthly fellowship as follows:
1. ₹60,000 for Science, Humanities, and Management disciplines
2. ₹70,000 for all Engineering branches
3. ₹1,20,000 for Computer Science
The fellowship is initially awarded for a period of six months and may be extended for an additional six months based on satisfactory performance and evaluation.
The stipend is subject to variation based on the quality of publications and the candidate’s academic credentials.

Note:
Special Scholarship / Fee Waiver:
A maximum waiver of 30% on the Evaluation Fee may be extended to eligible and deserving
candidates under the Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) program. The waiver may be considered for
SR University alumni, specially abled candidates, candidates from Defence background,
SC/BC/OBC candidates, candidates with extraordinary profiles, divorcee/widowed
candidates, President Awardees, and other deserving candidates as may be approved by the
Vice-Chancellor. The decision of the University in this regard shall be final.
