A B.Tech in Business Systems provides students with a strong foundation in cross-functional business processes and the application of computing technologies to support them. The use of technology and data analytics to improve business performance and effectively support strategic business plans is the major focus of the program. The Business Systems provides an in-depth study of technology and analytics, communications, interpersonal skills and practical business acumen, which produce graduates who are both tech-savvy and possess a deep understanding of the overall business environment. Information systems such as databases, web services and business applications are supplying strategic and operational opportunities for business leadership and decision making.
The students of the program will have an opportunity to work as iScholars in Center for Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning (CAIDL) which helps to expand their intellectual horizons and make them industry-ready. A student can also explore other interdisciplinary research centers@SRU
