Ph.D. Electronics and Communication Engineering

The Ph.D. programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering at SR University provides a research-driven environment for scholars to explore advanced technologies, solve complex engineering problems and contribute original knowledge to the field. Eligibility Criteria

Masters Degree with minimum of 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA in the appropriate discipline for General / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Students.

Masters Degree with minimum of 50% marks or 5.5 CGPA in the appropriate discipline for OBC / SC / ST / PH Students

Based on the merit rank in SRSAT and followed by an Interview. The candidates who qualify in NET / SET / SLET / GATE are exempted from the written test.

Direct PhD admission (after 4 years B.Tech) with 75% or 7.0 CGPA
