About the Conclave

The HR SATT Leadership Conclave 2026 (HSLC–2026), organized by the ASTRA School of Business, is a two-day flagship academic–industry forum designed to support SR University’s mission of producing technically competent, industry-ready, and socially conscious leaders through strategic engagement with contemporary Human Resource Management practices.

The conclave focuses on Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and Transformation (SATT) as critical enablers of business transformation in the era of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies. By bringing together HR leaders, industry experts, academicians, policymakers, and research scholars, HSLC–2026 facilitates informed dialogue on transforming organizations through datadriven, ethical, and sustainable HR practices.

Through keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, and Empirical research data, the conclave promotes path-breaking research and knowledge dissemination while strengthening industry–academia collaboration. The event aligns with SR University’s vision of enabling sustainable business transformation by integrating human capital development, innovation, and societal impact.

Objectives of the Conclave

About the ASTRA School of Business

The School of Business at SR University has a distinguished legacy of over 20 years in educating, training, and successfully placing students in world-class organizations.

Supported by more than 20 experienced in-house faculty members and a strong pool of adjunct faculty from industry and international academia, the school ensures a rigorous and practice-oriented learning environment.
