I am Bura Vijay Kumar, working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at SR University, Warangal, Telangana, India. I have been associated with the university since 2015 and have actively contributed to teaching, research, academic administration, and student development.

My research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models (LLMs), Semantic Communication, and Biomedical Signal Processing. My research focuses on developing deep learning-based frameworks for semantic communication, multilingual and cross-cultural information transmission, and intelligent healthcare applications. I am particularly interested in applying BERT and transformer-based architectures to improve semantic understanding and efficient information transmission in distributed communication environments.

I have experience in software development and programming, including Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and web application development. I have worked with technologies and tools such as Node.js, Express.js, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Tkinter, SQLite, and MySQL. I am also familiar with software development environments and tools such as Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, and Git-based development workflows. My software experience supports my teaching and laboratory instruction, enabling me to guide students in developing practical applications, implementing software projects, and understanding industry-relevant technologies.

I have contributed to research publications in journals and conference proceedings, focusing on emerging technologies and their practical applications. My research activities aim to address real-world challenges through innovative AI-based solutions and interdisciplinary research.

Apart from teaching and research, I actively participate in curriculum development, student mentoring, academic coordination, and student club activities. I encourage students to participate in technical events, workshops, hackathons, innovation programs, and collaborative learning initiatives.

My professional goal is to strengthen my research contributions in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning, develop innovative software and technology-driven solutions, and support students in achieving their academic and professional aspirations.
