Dr. Vipin Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering, SR University, Warangal, Telangana, India. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and has over 11 years of teaching and research experience. My research interests integrate density functional theory (DFT) tools to investigate material properties for technological applications in optoelectronics and spintronics. My current research uses various DFT packages, including Quantum ESPRESSO, OpenMX, and related electronic-structure codes. Dr. Kumar's scholarly contributions include publications in reputable national/international journals. He has more than 60 publications in quantum optics, electronic structure theory, optoelectronics, and spintronics.
