I Dr. Danish Abdullah is a researcher and academic specializing in computational materials science and semiconductor physics. My research focuses on density functional theory (DFT)-based investigations of lead-free halide perovskites and double perovskites for spintronics, thermoelectric energy conversion, photovoltaics, optoelectronics, and photocatalysis. My interests include electronic structure, magnetic properties, optical response, and the design of multifunctional materials for advanced technological applications. My teaching interests include Electromagnetic Theory, Electromagnetic Waves, Physics of Integrated Circuits, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Devices and Circuits, and Computational Materials Science. He is passionate about connecting fundamental concepts with practical applications, promoting research-oriented learning, and encouraging students to explore emerging technologies in physics and electronics.
