Dr. Kallepelli Sagar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at SR University, Warangal, Telangana, India. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, in 2023. He secured First Rank in M.Tech. (VLSI & Embedded Systems) from Kakatiya University. He has qualified GATE seven times and UGC-NET, including qualification for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor eligibility.

His research expertise includes VLSI technology, semiconductor device modeling, advanced MOSFET architectures, CMOS circuit design, and radiation effects in semiconductor devices. His doctoral research focused on the design and circuit performance analysis of Enclosed Circular Double-Gate MOSFETs. His interdisciplinary research interests also encompass Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

His teaching interests include VLSI Design, IC Fabrication, Digital Integrated Circuit Design, Control Systems, Electronic Devices and Circuits, and Digital Circuits. He emphasizes strengthening students' fundamental knowledge through concept-oriented teaching and the discussion of competitive examination questions. He is passionate about mentoring and guiding students towards successful careers in core Electronics and Communication Engineering, government organizations, and industry, while encouraging them to pursue higher education and research opportunities.
