Physicist and electrochemistry researcher with a PhD in Physics and research experience in electrochemical energy storage, advanced nanomaterials and electrocatalysis. Specialized in the rational design and optimization of nanostructured electrodes for supercapacitors and water-splitting applications. My doctoral research focused on manganese-oxide-based electrochemical capacitors, including metal hydroxide/phosphate and carbon-based composite electrodes, asymmetric devices and solid-state supercapacitors. My subsequent research has expanded toward oxygen evolution reaction (OER) based transition-metal oxyhydroxides and advanced electrocatalytic materials. Experienced in materials synthesis, electrode fabrication, electrochemical device assembly, electrochemical characterisation and advanced structural/surface analysis. Author/co-author of 22 peer-reviewed publications and inventor on two patent applications (published).
