I am Dr. Sreenivasulu K. V., an Assistant Professor of Physics and Associate Dean of the PDF Programme at SR University, Warangal, Telangana. I earned my Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Technology from the University of Hyderabad in 2019, where I also completed postdoctoral research. My research experience includes appointments at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Kolkata.

My expertise encompasses the synthesis and characterization of carbon and graphene-based nanomaterials, metal oxides, magnetic nanocomposites, thin films, and polymer composites. I have experience with diverse synthesis methods and advanced structural, morphological, optical, thermal, and magnetic characterization techniques.

My research focuses on interfacial interactions, structure–property relationships, magnetic exchange coupling, and proximity effects in functional nanocomposites. I also investigate materials for electrochemical energy storage, microwave and terahertz electromagnetic interference shielding, gas sensing, and photodetection. My current doctoral supervision includes functional polymer nanocomposites for energy applications.

My teaching interests include Applied and Engineering Physics, Foundations of Engineering, Quantum Theory and Technologies, nanoscale materials, nanomagnetism, and advanced characterization techniques. I aim to connect fundamental concepts with practical applications while encouraging scientific curiosity, experimental skills, and independent research.
