I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, School of Basic Sciences and Humanities, SR University, Warangal, Telangana. I received my Ph.D. degree in Physics from the National Institute of Technology Patna in 2021, followed by postdoctoral research at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati, including as a DST-ANRF National Post-Doctoral Fellow.
My research expertise lies in nanomagnetism, magnetic nanoparticles, doped spinel ferrites, exchange bias effects, Mössbauer spectroscopy, and magnetic nanocomposites. My current research focuses on developing and optimizing magnetic nanomaterials for magnetic hyperthermia, particularly for potential cancer treatment applications, as well as exploring their applications in photocatalysis, sensing, and environmental remediation. My research work emphasizes the relationship between structural, microstructural, optical, and magnetic properties and their influence on functional performance. I have published numerous research publications in reputed international journals and serve as a reviewer for several scientific journals.
My teaching interests include fundamental and advanced physics, quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, solid-state physics, nanoscience and nanotechnology, and electrical circuits. I am committed to integrating research-oriented teaching, conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and hands-on learning to foster scientific curiosity and analytical skills among students. Through interdisciplinary research, student mentorship, and collaborative initiatives, I aim to contribute to innovative materials research and high-quality physics education.
