Dr. G. Prasanna obtained PhD in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding from PJTAU in 2023 at Hyderabad. Currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding at SoA, SR University Warangal. Specializes in classical and molecular plant breeding, with a focus on genetic improvement of rice for yield and quality traits. I have authored research papers in reputed national and international journals and actively guides undergraduate and postgraduate students in breeding research.
