A management academic and researcher with over 19 years of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and student development. Holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA in Marketing, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, along with SET qualification in Management. Research interests include Marketing, HRM, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation. Has contributed 13 Scopus-indexed publications, 4 UGC - CARE Publication, four patents, and an edited book, Presented Various Papers in National and International Conferences, Attended FDP at IIM- Indore and IIM-Kozhikode also organised various FDP's, Conducted and coordinated various national and international events organized by ASTRA School of Business.
