Dr. Gurunadham Goli is a Professor at the Astra School of Business and Associate Dean – D.Sc. Programme at SR University, Warangal, with over 17 years of experience in teaching, research and academic leadership. He specialises in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, with a focus on how artificial intelligence is reshaping people management, talent analytics and the future of work.
He has served the School as Dean, Associate Head and Assistant Dean (Research). As Dean, he guided NEP 2020 and outcome-based curriculum design, led NAAC and NBA work, and signed 10 MoUs with partner organisations.
His research spans AI in talent management, employee well-being, the gig economy, labour welfare and sustainable business. He has 41 Scopus-indexed and 8 Web of Science-indexed publications, including 19 journal articles, 10 book chapters and 13 conference papers, in outlets such as Business Process Management Journal (SSCI, Q1), Sage Open (SSCI, Q1) and International Journal of Engineering Business Management (Q1). He also holds 50 patent filings (50 published, 1 granted).
Dr. Goli supervises six Ph.D. scholars, has organised an international FDPs and the HR SATT Leadership Conclave 2026 with NMDC, and has created online courses on Udemy. He is certified in online teaching by Arizona State University and in entrepreneurship education by the Wadhwani Foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce & Business Administration from Acharya Nagarjuna University, along with an MBA, MHRM and M.A. (English).
