Working professional with growing experience in computational biophysics including classical, enhanced sampling simulations and Constant pH MD simulations of biomolecules. My research interests include understanding the effect of post-translational modifications on tau peptide aggregation and its binding to Microtubule binding. I am also interested in understanding the effect of pH on function and conformational changes of biomolecules.
