My research expertise lies in the design and development of advanced porous materials, including metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), and porous organic polymers (POPs), for sustainable energy, environmental, and catalytic applications. My research integrates materials chemistry, computational modelling, and structure–property relationship analysis to understand and optimize material performance. Key areas of expertise include gas adsorption and separation, CO₂ capture and conversion, heterogeneous catalysis, functional materials for chemical sensing, and the removal of emerging environmental contaminants. I am also interested in computational and data-driven approaches for the rational design of next-generation functional materials.
