Dr. Haribandhu Chaudhuri is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at SR University, Warangal, India, with over 7 years of research experience in the development of 2D/3D materials for heterogeneous catalysis, adsorption, and electrochemical applications. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, India, in 2017 and subsequently pursued postdoctoral research in India and South Korea in different institutions. His research focuses on the development of mesoporous silica-based hybrids, graphene oxide-based composites, polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane-based materials, covalent organic frameworks, and porous organic polymers for applications in heterogeneous catalysis, adsorption, and electrochemistry. He also have extensive research experience in synthesizing waterborne polyurethanes and their nanocomposites for catalytic and electrochemical applications. His academic interests encompass teaching and mentoring students. He is currently engaged in teaching computational chemistry to first-year undergraduate engineering students. He is passionate about integrating research-driven knowledge with effective teaching practices to foster scientific curiosity, develop critical thinking skills, and inspire innovation among students.
