Dr. Tithli Sadhu is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Agriculture, SR University, Warangal, with an interdisciplinary academic and research background spanning biochemistry, food science, nutrition, artificial intelligence, and process optimization. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur in 2022 and received the University Gold Medal for securing first rank in M.Sc. Biochemistry from the University of Burdwan.

Her research focuses on integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, computational modelling, metaheuristic optimization, and multi-criteria decision-making to address challenges in food processing, nutritional quality enhancement, sustainable agriculture, and food security. Her scholarly contributions include research articles in reputed international journals, book chapters, and published patents covering food technology, agricultural innovations, and sustainability.

Alongside her research activities, Dr. Sadhu actively contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, doctoral research supervision, academic administration, and institutional development. She has also been involved in research innovation, interdisciplinary collaborations, and academic quality enhancement initiatives.
