I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SR University, School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and currently hold the additional responsibility of Associate Dean – Automation. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, USA, and bring over seven years of professional experience across the IT industry and academia, including experience with Meta IT in the USA. My expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, and data analysis. My research interests focus on AI applications, healthcare NLP, deep learning, and data-driven solutions. My teaching interests include AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Databases and Neural Networks. Having transitioned from the IT industry to academia, I aim to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications. I am passionate about student-centered learning, industry collaboration, research, and developing innovative solutions to real-world problems.
