Paper Submission
ICAETSM 2026 invites authors to submit their original research papers. Please note that all submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. ICAETSM 2026 is organized into multiple Sessions, each dedicated to specific themes within the conference's scope. Authors are required to submit their paper to only one Session, as submissions of the same paper to multiple Sessions will be disqualified from review. Before submission, authors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the conference policies to ensure compliance with the guidelines.
Note: Only original research papers and review papers will be considered for review. short notes will not be accepted in this conference.

General Policies: There are policies concerning Submissions, Withdrawals, Plagiarism, Review, Acceptance, Registration, Presentation, Fee Refunds, Certificates, Final Version Submission, and Publication. Authors submitting their research papers to ICAETSM 2026 are required to follow the guidelines to ensure that their submission adheres to the conference’s standards. Papers that do not meet the guidelines may be rejected without review.
Contribution to Conference Theme: Ensure your paper clearly demonstrates how your research contributes to the conference theme. The originality and relevance of your work will be key factors in the evaluation.
Paper Length:Papers must not exceed a maximum length of 8 pages, including references, figures, and tables. Submissions that exceed this page limit will not be accepted for consideration.
Research Novelty and Originality: Clearly explain your contributions and highlight the novelty of your research. Connect your study to prior work in the field, ensuring that the submission showcases original, unpublished research that has not been submitted elsewhere.
Paper Format:The paper must adhere to the ICAETSM 2026 template. Only papers that follow the template will be accepted for review. Authors can download the paper format templates from the conference website.
All submitted papers should include the following sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), and References.
Plagiarism Check: All papers will be checked for plagiarism. If the similarity index is above 15%, the paper will be sent back to the authors for revision. Papers with a similarity index over 30% will be rejected. The references related to the research work should be cited in the paper.
Submission Policies: Papers that do not comply with the prescribed format or exceed the maximum page limit will be rejected without review. Papers outside the scope of the conference or those with high plagiarism will be rejected without revision. Each author should submit their paper to one Session only. Multiple submissions to different Sessions are not allowed.
Review Process: All papers will go through a double-blind peer review process involving at least two reviewers. The review will evaluate the originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes. Authors must address the reviewers' feedback before the final acceptance
Revisions: Accepted papers may be required to undergo minor revisions based on reviewers’ comments. Authors should revise and resubmit their paper within the designated timeline to proceed with the registration process.
Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism Check: ICAETSM 2026 enforces a strict policy against plagiarism. All submitted papers will undergo plagiarism screening after excluding references and author biographies.
Acceptable Limit: Papers with less than 15% similarity will proceed to the review process
Revisions for Moderate Plagiarism: Papers with 16% to 20% similarity will be returned to authors for revision to reduce plagiarism.
Rejection for High Plagiarism: Papers with a similarity index above 20% will be automatically rejected without review.
Review Policy
Double-Blind Review: Papers will undergo a double-blind peer review, where reviewers do not know the identity of authors and authors do not know the identity of reviewers.
Review Process: Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The review process will evaluate originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity of presentation.
Reviewer Criteria: Reviewers must be a PhD holders affiliated with reputable institutions. Those interested in becoming reviewers can send a request to conference chair.
Certificate for Reviewers: All reviewers will receive an honorary certificate for their contribution, regardless of the final decision on the papers.
Acceptance Policy
Acceptance Notification: Authors of accepted papers will be notified through the paper submission portal. Papers will be accepted based on originality, research quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Revisions: Accepted papers may be requested to undergo minor revisions based on reviewer comments. Authors are required to submit revised papers within the specified timeline to complete the acceptance process.
Registration Policy
Registration Requirement: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for ICAETSM 2026 to have their paper included in the conference proceedings and presentation schedule.
Registration Fee: The registration fee covers the conference kit, presentation slot, participation certificate, and access to conference proceedings.
Withdrawal Policy
During Review Process: Authors may withdraw their paper at any point before a decision has been made on the review.
After Acceptance: For accepted papers, withdrawal is possible with the following refund policy:
Presentation Policy
Presentation: All authors of accepted papers are required to present their paper at the conference. The standard format is a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation with 12 minutes for presenting and 3 minutes for questions and answers.
Offline Presentations: ICAETSM 2026 will be conducted primarily in offline mode. However, under special circumstances, authors may request permission to present online, but this is subject to approval by the conference authorities.
Online Presentations: Requests for online presentations must be accompanied by a valid reason and approval is not guaranteed for all cases.
Certificate Policy
Participation Certificates: All participants in ICAETSM 2026 will receive a printed certificate of participation.
Presentation Certificates: Authors who present their papers will receive a certificate of presentation.
Reviewer Certificates: Reviewers will be awarded an honorary certificate (soft copy) for their contribution to the review process, regardless of the outcome of the papers they reviewed.
Camera Ready Submission Policy
Camera Ready Submission: Authors of all presented papers must submit the camera ready version of their work.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Publication Format: Papers must follow the specific guidelines and format.
Publication Policy
Proceedings Publication: High-quality papers presented at ICAETSM 2026 will be submitted to the respective publication partners for potential publication.
Publication Guidelines: Papers must meet the requirements set by the proceedings to be eligible for publication. The final decision on publication will be made by the respective editors or authorized representatives of the publication.
Publication Timeline: The timeline for publication will depend on the processes followed by each publication partner.
